TEAM SECRETARIES & TEAM MANAGERS
This League does not delight in issuing club fines, so if you are unsure about anything then please do not hesitate to ask a committee member for clarification. Please contact your nominated Liaison Officer in the first instance. We would also like to request that you respect committee members' privacy and limit telephone calls up to 9.00pm please, and thank you.

FINES
Please note that when a game is postponed owing to the pitch being unfit, Secretaries must inform the General Secretary in writing. Rule 10 (M) applies.
When paying any fines or payments to this League please ensure that the payee on the cheque is "Leicestershire Youth League".

MATCH NOTIFICATIONS
It has been brought to our attention that a number of clubs are failing to notify their opponents and match officials in due time. Please remember you must give notification to your opponents and match officials of at least four days prior to the date of the game. Rule 10 C refers.

ARRANGE A GAME
At anytime of the season, when you do not have a scheduled game, you may see an opportunity to pull forward a league game against an opponent in a similar situation. If this is indeed the case and both teams are willing to play, then in the first instance please Giovanni Foglia our Fixtures Secretary for permission.

PLAYER REGISTRATIONS & PLAYER TRANSFERS
Please do not send either player registrations or transfer forms to the Registration Secretary by recorded or Special Delivery Mail Services. These have to be signed for and are delivered when Paul Midwood is at work. Resulting in him having to collect them from the Sorting Office at a later date, which he is not prepared to do. Be warned !!!

PRESIDENTS CUP FORMAT
The format for the Presidents cup this season will be as follows:

" U18 teams will be divided into 4 Zones
" Teams in each zone will play each other once only, either home or away.
" The top two teams in each Zone will qualify to the knock out Quarter Final Stage
